Job Description

  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT Recruiter
  • Sourcing the potential candidates and pre-screen candidates who are qualified with client requirements
  • Conduct interview candidates in shortlist/Phone interview
  • Handled the tasks of IT outsourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile
  • Negotiated salary structure as well as arrangement of the interview schedule
  • Prepare the contract and arrange for the candidate to sign the contract once completed.
  • Handled client’s demand and ensured that their needs were fulfilled
  • Handled job posting, and social media as well.
  • To reference check and criminal check
  • Keep tracking of the recruitment process, dealing directly with candidates
  • Support all recruitment functions
  • Responsible for the development of relationships with staff
  • Resolve the problem and initiative the new action plan with the manager
