Job Description:

  • Responsible for controlling, developing, maintaining, and supporting the internal information network system of the hospital, including troubleshooting server systems, database security, and information infrastructure. Also responsible for IT support tasks to support the organization’s operations efficiently, in line with the hospital’s vision, mission, policies, goals, and business strategies.
  • Develop and integrate development plans, maintenance, and support for the hospital’s information network system, as well as server and database systems and information infrastructure, to align with the business direction and meet the criteria of ISO/IEC 27001 information security standards. This will support the provision of healthcare services according to the established operational plans.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot various system usage issues under the hospital’s network, providing solutions and workarounds to users. Monitor and resolve computer usage issues, software installation, and IT support tasks to ensure smooth operations and support efficient work performance.
  • Manage the hospital’s network infrastructure, including DNS systems, User AD systems, email systems, antivirus programs, and backup systems. This includes preparing and maintaining the network systems as requested and addressing and resolving issues to ensure the readiness and stability of the hospital’s system.
  • Oversee network and communication operations, including planning, designing, and developing systems, controlling system access, installation, repair, maintenance, security checks, and bandwidth usage. Also, resolve problems and improve configurations of various devices in different departments of the hospital to support and align with the efficient operation of the hospital’s information systems.
  • Manage outsourced companies providing hardware and peripheral device services, ensuring efficient support for the hospital’s information services.
  • Inspect, maintain, control, and optimize the performance of internal data center equipment to support efficient hospital operations, in line with the hospital’s goals and policies.
  • Provide advice and create system operation manuals and various reports within the information system to meet information security policies such as ITIL or ISO 27001.
  • Present and explore systems/tools, technologies, or work process improvement strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze and plan the quality development of the information network system and personnel development within the unit to enhance work efficiency in response to technological changes.
  • Plan budgeting and resource allocation for the information network system to control expenses and resource utilization efficiently.
  • Plan the development, training, and control of personnel work processes to align with hospital standards such as JCI and ISO 27001.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering and Security, Computer Innovation Engineering, Medical Informatics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in network system administration and management, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in working in a hospital setting is preferred and will be considered a plus.
  • Can communicate in English with a professional working proficiency level
